“Let’s Make a Light-Up Console TV.”

Michael Yurkovic, internationally known IGMA Artisan, is back with another amazing workshop: “Let’s Make a Light-Up Console TV.”  Learn how to create this oh-so-cool version of a 1950s-style television (with rabbit ears!), just like the ones Americans gathered around to watch I Love Lucy and The Twilight Zone.  And you get to pick your own TV show for the screen image!  This class will definitely be fun and also easy even for those with limited miniature-making experience.  There’s no wiring involved – the back is removable for easy access to a battery. The piece measures 5” wide by 1 5/8” deep by 2 ½” high, not including the rabbit ears.

WHERE: The classes will take place at the Museum of Miniature Houses.

WHEN: Saturday, Nov. 20, and Sunday, Nov. 21. Both days will begin at 9:00am and finish at 4:00pm. There will be a 1 hour lunch break.

PRICING: The workshop fee is $295 for members and $305 for non-members.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER: November 13th.

SHOP: Day of class, students are offered a 10% discount in the shop.

AGES: For ages 16+.
