Southwest Trading Post

Vivian Barnes, Artist

The Trading Post room box was donated to the museum in 1999 by Vivian Barnes. Vivian was a marvelous doll maker who created her own molds, so no two dolls were alike. After creating hundreds of dolls, she began to create the proper settings for them. She continued to do this delicate work until she found a home for her creations at the Museum of Miniature Houses.
